This app has been a game-changer for our business! The integration and setup process couldn’t have been easier. The support team is incredibly responsive and resolved our issues the same day both times. Hands down, the best subscription app out there!

We've been using STAY.AI as a subscription platform for ARMRA and it is excellent. The dashboard is incredibly user friendly and I regularly use it as our Business Intelligence platform for all subscription related performance. The team at Stay has also been very supportive in customizing the dashboard and making product updates to fit our business needs. Our weekly check-ins with them have been so helpful and we appreciate the time and attention they give us. Stay is also always proactively looking to make improvements to create the best business and customer experiences with their app so I look forward to continuing to work with them and using the platform.

What sets StayAI apart are all the tools that make the Subscription experience so positive for a consumer. We are also so impressed with the regular check ins we have with the Stay AI team. They are always there to hold our hand when we have questions. Really glad we made the switch!

We've been using StayAI as our subscription platform at 310 Nutrition, and the experience has been outstanding. Throughout the year, the level of service and support we've received has been exceptional. Our dedicated customer success manager, Audrey, has gone above and beyond to assist us with our needs. From addressing our requests to helping us implement customizations, Audrey and the entire StayAI team have been incredible partners.

The platform itself is seamless to use, giving us greater control over how we manage subscriptions. This added flexibility has allowed us to enhance the overall experience for our customers, which is a huge priority for us.

The combination of a fantastic platform and a team that truly cares about its clients makes StayAI a pleasure to work with. We moved from another subscription provider to Stay about a year ago. I was initially concerned about potential revenue loss from switching, but the transition was seamless. Their level of personal support is exceptional—unlike some of the big players, where you often feel like just a number. With Stay, you’ll always get a thoughtful response within a day or so, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. No robotic replies—just real people who make you feel valued.

We recently transitioned to Stay AI and while onboarding wasn't totally seamless (largely due to internal miscommunication...) it’s been a much better experience since getting up and running. Our dedicated CSM, Sophie, has been incredible: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success.

The product team is receptive to feedback and actively improving the platform. There are some standout features already making a difference -our customers are engaging with them, and it's making an impact.
