Our CSM Karl has been great to work with, very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to troubleshoot issues. Our set up team was also great, onboarding was smooth and the team was professional and personable.
Stay is a great and easily integratable tool to add subscribe and save as an option to your store. On top, our CSM Morgan is a big asset: super responsive, understands the product super well and therefore provides valuable insights and support. Reccomend!
We switched from our old subscription platform to Stay AI about 6 months ago, and it’s been one of the best moves we’ve made. The migration was surprisingly smooth (with zero data loss), and the dedicated onboarding team really walked us through every step. The dashboard is intuitive, and the analytics help us spot churn risks early. We’re now running A/B tests on retention offers, and our subscriber growth is accelerating. Support is responsive, strategic, and always eager to help. If you want a subscription platform that feels like a strategic partner, Stay AI is a standout choice!
Our onboarding experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Tom, our Onboarding Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process effortless. Every question was answered quickly, and the setup required minimal effort on our part. It’s clear that he truly knows their product and cares about ensuring a smooth transition. Only just met our CSM Morgan, but we instantly hit it off, and I have great expectations for this partnership!

Just switched from Prive to Stay. The support has been unbelievable, everyone from Olivia, Ryley, Gina has been a pleasure. Its early days but I am super impressed. We have 3 brands and they handled it no problem. The analytics, Risk, and churn data are extremely helpful. With so much competition in the space, relationships are key and they have done a great job!
