I had a problem with some coding and Ajani the support tech was amazing. He went out of his way to help me, it is very hard these days to get support like this and it is greatly appreciated. Stky is a great app and the support is just as good.

For the moment, I haven’t used this app much and currently I’ve only added a sticky add to cart button. I had some issues and, for now, the only thing I can say is that they have very good customer support. I was helped by Mohit. He was very kind and solved my problems in 10 minutes — something I had been trying to fix for two hours. For now, customer support gets 5 stars. I’ll come back with more reviews regarding other features of the app.

Great App. Sticky add to cart works with no bugs (we've tested several apps before and experiences miscooperation). Also, this App provides more functions than we expected, like animations that we use regularly (falling Snowflakes when it's winter or Bats flying around when it's Haloween). We'd love to see more variations of that in the future for different other holiday periods. 5 star and thank you

Excellent application, responsive with a very professional design. Support helped me configure my button to customize it the way I wanted, it was fast and efficient. I really recommend this app, as the others have a bad design.

Amazing support. The team is very responsive, especially my communication with Ajani who helps troubleshoot and address concerns quickly. The rest of the support team fully understands the technical complexities of the shopify web setup and can customize quickly.

This is powerful, very configurable tool to boost your sale. I am using it for two weeks now and i see a great increase of a conversion rate.

Support is very helpful and experienced. They will do for You whatever you want. I love You, support - hear me? :)

I waited two full weeks for a solution. The support team kept making promises they never followed through on. After five days of silence, someone finally responded – but instead of checking the bundle I reported, they worked on a completely different one that was already functioning. Then they tried to present that as a “solution”, even though the actual issue hadn’t been touched.

I pointed it out again – and got vague answers and another delay. Then three more days of silence. I constantly had to follow up myself, and all I got were generic replies. They repeatedly said “we’ll get back to you later today” – which only happened once in two weeks.

Worst of all: this is a paid app. Had I not canceled the trial in time, I would’ve been charged for absolutely nothing. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to stall until the trial expired.

I’ve since switched to another app – and the new developer fixed the exact same issue in just 5 minutes. That says it all.

As a solo store owner, I rely on reliable tools and responsive support. Sticky Cart delivered neither. The bug was never fixed, communication was lacking, and the experience was borderline unprofessional.

Our app has experienced some recent conflicts with new "bundling" apps on the app store, and we are implementing an app-wide improvement to make resolve any conflicts with those apps and our app.

In this case, we dropped the ball, and were not able to fix your issue in a timely manner. Im so sorry for this experience. We are changing our processes to assure this does not happen again -- and I'm so sorry that this happened for your store.
