While the customer service experience was great, this app didn't quite meet my expectations. It felt a little clunky in terms of the design. For instance, instead of having my feature image appear normally on the sticky add to cart bar, there was a strange border around it that kept interfering with the image and creating black lines. Also, I was told that some customers prefer no zeroes to show up at the end of a price, like this: $53.9, but that's very unusual here in the US. Most people include the zero for dollars and cents, like so: $53.90. I had to change the price of my product just to get rid of this issue and then it reappeared when multiple items were added to the cart because the two 5's (i.e., $34.95) added together to produce $69.90 which displayed as $69.9. Additionally, the appearance on mobile was not so great - everything was squished together - until this issue was mostly resolved with a special script given to me by this app's excellent customer service. The last problem is that we have a third party plugin for our checkout page, and customer service was unable to direct the add to cart button to the new checkout page. Eventually, I turned this app off for all of the above reasons - although customer service was very responsive and tried to be helpful, Thank you for trying though!!
update: I actually liked this app it's pretty sleek, but there was another conflicting app so we had to uninstall, but recommended!

Easy to use and support is there when you need it!
Great app, button looks clean, and fits theme's style, definitely helps with conversion, and there are a lot of ways to customize the button, recommend it to everyone

i use this app to help my customers with fast checkout. so that way they don’t have to scroll all the way up for checkout. And their support is really good

Negatives
When adding products to cart the item doesn't show only after a refresh of the page.
When opening the cart in the Dawn Theme the cart opens behind the stick bar and you can't click to checkout page.
Positives

Custom CSS works nice with a lot is options.
Removed the app as it wasn't useful.

However, we're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with 1. when adding products to cart the item doesn't show only after a refresh of the page.
2. When opening the cart in the Dawn Theme the cart opens behind the sticky bar, and you can't click to checkout page.
Upon conducting an investigation, we have determined that the issue of items not appearing immediately after selecting "Add to Cart" and requiring a page refresh is the result of a compatibility issue between our app and the default cart you are using during checkout. Additionally, for the covering issue of the bar to your checkout button we haven't heard this during the conversation, but this can be solved by adjusting the z-index number directly in the app settings.
In conclusion, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and would like to extend our apologies by offering you a total of 8 app credits that can be used to pay for other apps. Please inform us when you are ready, and we will proceed to send the credits.
