If you have any questions about the configuration, or need support, the team that assists you via chat is phenomenal and very friendly. They resolve all your questions by sending you videos so you can verify that what you need has been completed. 100% recommended.

I have asked them to fix an issue with their cart, they went and changed a live theme causing a problem that lost me £3-5k during our high selling seasons. They did not take copy, just changed the live theme and the support took 2 days to come back - If the issue was not escalated to Shopify, they would have not come back.

As their gesture of goodwill, they offered 20% discount on their subscription.

Honestly, I have not seen such unprofessionalism and we have been in the market for 5 years now.
