THIS APP SHOULD BE DELETED
The way this app has wasted my priceless time as a startup. There is NO customer portal, there's no way to even see your subscribers or for your subscribers to see their subscription and manage it. Obviously I'm pissed off with this sham.

We are sorry to see you go and we apologize for the experience that you had with our application.
Our app does indeed offer subscription management options for merchants, but we noted that there was an error on your storefront precluding you from accessing some of those views. We do also offer a consumer portal, but for some reason, it was not functioning as intended on your storefront. Our team was eager to assist and offered to connect live to resolve the noted issues, but it seems we were unable to connect.
As an aside, there are a growing number of themes and apps within the Shopify space and sometimes, adjustments might be required to keep our customers’ storefronts flowing smoothly. Our support and engineering teams are at your service here, but we sometimes do need to connect live to troubleshoot issues.
If you are open and willing, we would appreciate the opportunity to reconnect with you and rectify the issues you had been encountering.

We changed to this app from another Subscription app after aggressive marketing by their sales team. This app was represented as a fully functional app but lacks many features we consider necessary for a subscriptions (like giving users ability to administer their own subscription, including canceling the same). We've always prided ourselves on not having hoops to jump through to cancel subscriptions, however we've had numerous emails from customers that cannot access their subscription despite having an account. Additionally having used other apps previously, we can say that administration section of this app is very lackluster and does not give a convenient way for us to find customer subscriptions or have good analytics data. Avoid this app if you want a fully functional subscription feature for your store.

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the application and we are sorry to see you go.
Users do have the ability to administer their own subscriptions, including the ability to cancel, but it appears that a theme-specific issue led to the consumer portal not functioning as intended on your storefront. This is accessible for customers with accounts via the consumer portal, but also for consumers without accounts via their Order Confirmation emails.
As our support team shared, active subscribers can be found within the Customers tab of the Shopify admin by filtering for active product subscriptions. Additionally, our app’s analytics tab houses reports focused on Active Subscribers and Active Subscriptions. Each can be exported for manipulation if desired. Individual subscription orders can be viewed via the Orders tab of your Shopify admin.
We apologize for the experience that you had with the application and we hope that we have an opportunity to work together in the future.
