Instructions on how to start analyzing is opaque and delays my full usage of this app so I have to look elsewhere for a similar product.
I'm sorry to hear about this. I can see you emailed asking for some details on the app's functionality and we replied within the hour offering to answer any questions you may have, or to take part in a demo. We haven't received a reply since that last email.
