Stockroom ‑ Purchase Orders

Stockroom has been a fantastic replacement for Stocky and offers a very similar experience, making the transition incredibly smooth. It provides the inventory management features we relied on in Stocky, while continuing to evolve with new functionality.

A special mention to David from the support team, who has been extremely helpful throughout. He has been quick to respond and has made requested changes and feature improvements promptly, helping tailor the app to our needs.

If you're looking for a Stocky alternative for Shopify, Stockroom is a welcome addition and well worth considering. Great app backed by excellent customer support.

Very happy with this app as a Stocky replacement. The transition was almost seamless. Everything imported very easily. The two times I needed support since our transition, they were very quick to follow up. A zero cost option was worth trying and we are VERY glad we did!

I want to give your team a HUGE shoutout! Was stressing over this Stocky changeover and checked out a bunch of different apps to replace Stocky and just wasn't finding anything that did what I needed it to do. Amazingly I ran across your app as a suggestion while talking with ChatGPT so I gave it a go and have not been disappointed. The app is very intuitive if you are used to the Stocky workflow. I was up and running in minutes. There is a slight learning curve but not anything I needed to contact support about. The stocky PO import tool was probably the highlight of my onboarding experience. Stockroom imported over 2000 purchase orders from over the past couple of years we have been using Shopify POS in probably less than 10 minutes and they are in my workflow like they were there before. The only thing with the import is the PO number shown goes off your Stocky document number and not the actual invoice number, not a huge deal as I can search for the invoice number in the search bar. The imbedded label printing is huge too, I can ditch my label printing subscription that I was using with stocky. I tried to look for this in the label editor but didn't see it, if there was any way you could possibly add the option for Date/Time to print on the tags too? It would be super handy to be able to look at a price tag and have a heads up on aged inventory. Otherwise you guys knocked it out of the park. Thank you very much!
