I use this app to sync my supplier's inventory to my store. The team is very supportive.They promptly help me when I need it. Without their great customer service, I wouldn't be able to add inventory in huge volumes. Thank you team. Raj and Suriyah, Thank you both for all your support solving feed setup and update inventory problems.
App works well for me to update stock levels from a CSV. Interface is sometimes a bit buggy.
This app works very well with different feed formats, very easy to use and very powerful at the same time. The support is fabulous!

We are sorry for the bad experience. We did do the feed setup as you have requested and we ONLY request you to run the process to see if it works as you wanted. The Add Feed is mapped, however, you are suggesting that it is NOT mapped. If there was a screenshot from your side to show nothing is mapped, we surely would be able to verify the issue if it is a UI or system issue. We definitely look forward to assisting, but with limited info, we are surely not in the same page. If it is possible, please help follow-up with more info and detailing.

This is an essential app if your store has multiple products from suppliers, vendors, or fulfillment centers.
You can use their CSV or other files with Pricing and Inventory counts to update your inventory. I use this daily to update my inventory from the spreadsheet provided by vendors. It keeps my store up to date with pricing and inventory.
I can't comment on support, as it's been pretty easy to use and have not needed to contact them. Been running this for over 9 months now.

This app saves many hours of work updating products manually. The entire inventory is updated within 15 minutes for approximately 2500 products.
Great support from these guys. Quick response to questions and they are always willing to help, even with new feature requests.
