The Abbey The Abbey Since starting with these folks over a year ago, I can say they have come a long way. Their systems are working better after every update and can say they are working hard to elevate their App.
As you can see we started on a rocky road and have been able to over come the challenges. Great job team, keep moving forward. I have tried to respond to the app developer. They ask question no action, I respond in a professional manner with detail, no action. To say I am getting quite upset with this lack of service or even some dialog would be an understatement.

Great app! with quick response and feedback from support
Its been couple of day and tried so many different options to fix my problem. But the support team is incredible, and I want to call them superheroes because literally, they are saving our life to cutting time which we should not be focusing on the software area. Well done and looking forward to seeing more accomplishments. Brilliant app, so glad we found you guys. All the best
Have used this app for several years now. It is a great app but some of the feeds randomly stop working. When you contact support they only superficially review the problem, so it takes 3 - 5 contacts and lots of typing to get them to understand what is happening. Because of time zone each contact takes a day to resolve so the entire process uses lots of time. This happens over and over.
The power of the app is fantastic but I may be forced to find something with better support.
The app doesn't work properly i have to reach out to support 2-3 times a week, lose about $500-1000 a week. Support gets back 24 hours later with a reply with a question then goes another 24 hours, basically takes 3 days to get an answer to a matter, it gets solved for a few days then issues start again. I would not recommend anyone this app if they need a good customer service and support.
We are sorry for the bad experience. We already reach out to you and working on resolving all issues. Our support wasn't available during weekends that causing the delay.

If you are looking for an app that uploads your suppliers products - this is the real deal. Raj and his team give excellent support in getting you set-up. i knew nothing about xml - but magically 3,000 items were in my store thanks to the support of the app
Amazing app, support team responds very quickly and always addresses issues and even implements new features on request! The app synchronizes inventory as promised, and does it very well. I have two subscriptions of this app, so I would like to see a discount for users with multiple stores, but otherwise it's great!
What a great app! It does everything I need at a price I can afford. Pricing rules and formulas are a winner plus all the ways to connect. Thanks guys.
