The Folks at Stock-sync are committed to ensuring the customer sucessfully utilizes their software. There are always minor issues with implementing such an app with existing accounting software, however with the assistance of Stock-sync's support, the app was running well within the 14day trial period. We now have an automated scenario from our accounting software to webstore and Stock-sync has a satified customer.

Very good app that is however let down by mediocre support. When they get round to replying, they resolve the issue, but that can take days. If your business - like ours - requires rapid inventory updates then you need proper support. Looking for alternatives.

This is a great app. We have to sync store and online stocks and it's prfect for that. You just have to set it up once and then is done. Update stock. We are loving it and our costumers too since they can see where then can collect the products. We recommend it.

We evaluated this app for 2 weeks. First we had some problems to find the correct handling for importing/synching CSV files. But after a while we got the solution for our issues. It would be great for new users to have more documentation about how to use CSV files and variants. Speed and usage of the app is good in general.

A must-have for shops that require inventory syncing with ERP backends. The function is so simple but crucial for large inventory systems that can be depleted via channels other than your Shopify store.

This also seems to be the only app right now that automatically parses inventory files and performs the sync for you. Editing thousands of SKUs daily would be impossible manually but this app handles it.

My feeds keep stopping somehow, causing items that are sold out to not update. A major problem, obviously. I never changed the settings after starting the feed, yet they continue to have this problem. App worked fine for years, so Im not sure what the issue is. The last 2 months have been really awful though.

Shopify billing team can help refund the money. Stock Sync app has no way to activate a billing without the store owner's approval. But no worries, if you reach us at support@stock-sync.com we will guide you on how to get back your money.

Bad support I have ever experienced, they took money for nothing. I have tried a lot with support. Nontheless, they were incompetent and going through endless loops with no help at all, probably they know for sure that they are not that good and that is why they ask for 5 stars before you use the app

Inspite of subscription fees that I paid throgh shopify, when I press on update now for the feeds, i get a message telling me that trial expired. This is a highjacking act
