Absolutely great support from the Stock Sync, especially Jor. I was having trouble setting up an API connection to my store (because I am not very computer literate) and they dis all the work for me. Definitely worth the money!
great customer service! go above and beyond for customers. not able to find a way to use it as of yet...looking forward to using it eventually with my store and vendors!
Great app that save me tons of work and time
I have been trying to speak to someone to get some assistance with setting this up, nobody replies to me.
Just what we have been looking for. Any teething issues- like requirement to have an IP address for a SFTP feed were dealt with fast. Running 6 feeds with stock crossovers and no issues showing maximum stock available. Added a few items we had not listed easily.
Had a lot of teething problems in the first few years, support is hit and miss and not very proactive. Once you do get the setup bang on, it does work quite well. A paid service for a full setup would be a good idea and one I'd gladly pay for to avoid all the headaches for issues down the line.

I'm using this app for a few days and set up went great, testing also working great with my customer ERP and FTP, but suddenly the app stops working, since this morning, and nobody is returning my messages, no one is answering... what's happening ??? Is there a status page or a website where we can check the app status??

We used it for an external inventory file, and it handled our .csv through Dropbox.
If you need a little extra help, like us, the support you'll get is really good.
App is great in terms of functionality, wished pricing was a bit better and more plans and more scalable for a lot more feeds instead of 5! We want 50, 100 feeds!
