Looks like at last might have actually worked, but would like to thank support team for all their help in my many issues. Certainly going to make my life a lot easier

Products did NOT stay up to date, we had to cancel 8 orders because they were NOT updated with the shipper, then they refused to refund unless we reloaded. We have been online 20 years, the WORST

Took a while to get syncing to work but once I figured it out, this app is perfect! Can now upload inventory, prices and so much more when needed. So flexible, so many options to make life easier, automatic syncing available. This app is perfect!

Way too cumbersome to deal with the interface of this app. Its like you are working in C++ environment and on top of that upon contacting the support team; they seems irrelevant of the customer questions. I am asking something else and they are responding something else. My humble suggestion is that you MUST introduce live chat service in which you can take up customers queries in live mode and provide immediate solutions. I moves to another app where I have to pay double amount but since they resolved my questions instantly so I decided to stay with them.

We understand Stock Sync has tons of customizable settings which required spend some time to learn but once get familiar it can turn to be a powerful tool. We trace back the tickets and our team did answer more than 9 of your questions. However, we understand our last reply might be too generic and we apologize for that. I hope you could understand inventory management sometimes can be very simple and complicated so we want to ensure we are in the right direction.

Great app for managing stock levels with our dropshipping suppliers. We use Stock Sync on each store.

We had been looking to add real time warehouse inventory to our sites for a while. Then we found Stock Sync. They worked with us hands on and had prices and inventory up and running on both our sites in no time. And at a cost of only $5 a month! Exceptional customer service and so far the app is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. We highly recommend them!

Sync from google doc does not work. It has been 3 weeks since I wrote an email with the screen shots. No one has bothered to get back. Poor service!

La unica que he probado, funciona con apis, horarios, FTP, es muy extensa y super funcional!!! me encanta me quedo y voy a pagar por usarla

Very good app to update stock for multiple feeds. Customer support is always very helpful with quick and effective response.
