This app is simply amazing and very easy for someone who is just starting out. The support team was very helpful and quickly resolved our issue. Been using this app for a little over a month maybe more and So far 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We have been using this Shopify app for over 5 years across various stores, and I can confidently say that the quality of their customer service has significantly declined over time. While the support team has been helpful with stock synchronization and the app worked well for our other websites, we have been facing consistent challenges with this particular website for nearly 2 years. The inventory is not properly synchronized, updates are not reflected accurately, and we constantly receive orders for items that are out of stock. Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times, our problem remains unresolved. To make matters worse, we have been informed that they only provide support if we pay an additional fee. However, we are already paying them every month, and they are failing to deliver the service we expect. And their prices significantly increased over the years. This situation is quite frustrating and raises questions about the purpose of our ongoing payment.

I wish I had taken the time to implement this years ago, now. It's literally as simple as can be. Stop what you are doing and make this work.

Totally recommend the app! The app works great and the support is amazing and immediate and all that for a great price. Raj has been so helpful throughout the process and has saved us hours of work and we can intergrate with our suppliers, love it! Thank you so much, keep up the good work!

This app is definitely a must have for anyone who needs to manage large inventories and many suppliers. At first it is not very easy to manage but it's normal since Stock Sync is an extremely flexible app and very rich in highly professional features. Anyway, thanks to the smart GUI of the app and also the great and effective support from Hanah, you will quickly learn to use Stock Sync, don't worry. This is definitely one of the best apps for Shopify, highly recommended.
