Have been using Stocksync for 3+ years now and it has worked consistently and reliably. As the needs of our store have changed Stocksync has been able to adapt with its deep level of configuration.

The support staff have been top notch, knowledgeable, and dedicated, which has been most important for us. The support staff have been able to triage issues coming from the supplier all the way through to diagnosing issues within shopify, they really have gone above and beyond.

StockSync is an absolute game-changer! Their app is incredibly easy to use—literally Inventory Feeds For Dummies—and it gets the job done almost flawlessly. The customer service is outstanding; they are always eager to help and make sure everything runs smoothly. I feel like they are an extension of my team, always there when I need them. StockSync has saved me soooo much time, and I can’t recommend them enough!

At first I chose another company that had a 5 star rating. But it had 30-40 reviews. A complete failure! Then I turned to this service. Everything happens in the Shopify panel, they have videos on how to set it up. We set up some feeds that are currently working great. The initial setup took quite a while, but one connection was extremely complicated and they still managed to do it. Indeed, my store is currently working and synchronising stock from our warehouses and 3 other external suppliers. I update my nomenclature, my photos, my descriptions. We have over 100 emails in our correspondence and many cases that we have overcome!

Had a large self-inflicted issues and got great and FAST support from the syncX team.
Highly recommend this app as a drop-shipping feed option.
