Great app for managing stock levels with our dropshipping suppliers. We use Stock Sync on each store.

We had been looking to add real time warehouse inventory to our sites for a while. Then we found Stock Sync. They worked with us hands on and had prices and inventory up and running on both our sites in no time. And at a cost of only $5 a month! Exceptional customer service and so far the app is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. We highly recommend them!

Very good app to update stock for multiple feeds. Customer support is always very helpful with quick and effective response.

Tried to get the SOAP connection working and asked for support, two days later I was told to try again at the end of the week. I did, still didn't work and asked for an update and nothing. Not very good customer services. Please reply!!!!

Amazing app. It took all the anxiety out of updating the inventory manually and risk overselling items that were out of stock. Now with just a push of a button it all syncs across all channels. You guys are god sent. Best of luck. Highly recommend.

I have only used this APP for 2 days but it works flawlessly. I drag and drop 2 inventory csv files and it seamlessly updates the store inventory. It reads your store variants (sku's)when you first install the app so you will know on the app dashboard how many variants you have. After the free trial period you can check the pricing level against this. When setting up your file upload, it is easy to map what you want updated with just a few easy choices. It reads your file and knows exactly what to do with it! I highly recommend this app so far and with experience I have had with other inventory apps that do not perform well.

terrible support, they dont refund they waste time and i suggest if you need actual help to avoid this APP.

Raj and his team of timewasters will respond back every 24 hours to lead you into an endless time waste.

horrible support for an app that charged me 50$ only to waste a week of my time and am now spending a week fighting to get a refund.

shopify support should be ashamed of leading their users into a time waste trap like this sorry excuse Raj and his team of clown run

We are very sorry about the bad experience. I believe Raj already did our best to help out with 10 new products imported and 2000 over quantities and prices updated. We received your refund request and we reply that you have to contact the Shopify Billing team (Stock Sync is not Shopify billing team). This is how most apps on Shopify works. Again please ask for a refund from the Shopify Billing team. Our app is using Shopify billing we can't perform any refund except for refund as application credits which is very limited by Shopify.

Seems like it would be great, but support takes to long to get back to you and is not very clear in their response. After days of back and forth, I figured out the issue before they did.
