The app is not friendly and there are no youtube videos.

The only videos you see are old and not relevant to the features that you see here.
Their YouTube is garbage... there's no support.

It's too bad that scheduled feed updates are so limited.
I plan on using a feed from a supplier, that has many stock updates during the day. They provide a feed that updates every half an hour, but I can only update every 4 hours, and that is only when using the biggest plan for this app. What can be done about this?

Hi there,

We want to apologize for the bad experience.

However, we would like to enlighten you that Stock Sync will schedule the updates to every one 1-hour by subscribing to a customized plan. To do so, we will adjust the variant limits, and the number of update feeds of existing plans.

Do provide us the total variants in-store and the amount of update feeds you would like to have, and we will advise on the best plan to subscribe to. We will also include the hourly updates in the plan.

Worst APP ever , you keep waiting 5 hours to start processing and after start processing keep 10 hours without doing anything , i would choose zero stars

This app won't allow me to upload my files. It keeps saying I've reached my feed limit, even though I don't have one feed uploaded yet. Really disappointing. And no phone support doesn't help either!

Ridiculously confusing to set up. Not user friendly in any way. Video tutorials barely helped. Had to delete after 20 mins of confusion.

From Shopify app history, you have installed the app in Oct 2020. Stock Sync has 14 days free trial so it already expired when reinstalling the app on July 25th, 2021. That's why the app show needs to upgrade to a paid plan. Sorry, we can't reset the free trial every time users reinstall because that will cause some users to keep uninstall and reinstalling the app. I hope you are seeing this.
