This app helped me to upload and automatically manage inventory from my supplier without having to do monitor inventory manually. It is easy to set up, just get an XLSX or CSV file(s) from your supplier and way you go.
Had some issues setting up my feed. For a week the service team worked with me to get working perfectly.
Now I can set up an inventory feed to my store that I do not have to check unless i want to make changes.

Easy to setup, I did have some issues but they were fixed, although support is a little slow, works as it should. But $15 and can only sync the feed every 8hrs is terrible. Will be looking for another app that isnt so tight on scheduling.

We deeply apologize for the trouble you have faced. I understand your concerns and would like to help you find a solution that works for your budget.
Let me brief you on how the subscription works. When you choose the plan with every 1-hour schedule, every feed is entitled to get an hourly update. Unfortunately, we can't adjust it for specific feeds.
This means that if you want an update every hour for the 'stock update' feed, the other two feeds will also receive hourly updates.
However, we can suggest a way to get 4-hour update since you have only used 2 Update feeds.
All you have to do is duplicate the 'stock update' feed and run it at a different time.
We hope that you would give us another chance to make it up to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any troubles or problems that you encountered upon using Stock Sync. We will do our best to resolve it.

If you are needing automation for your store to keep things updated on a regular basis, this is the app to get! Very easy to install and set up with your store, just make sure you edit the feed to your requirements before you run anything because i made that mistake and lost all of my product descriptions and prices for 790 products!!
The support team, in this instance - Hanah is fantastic, they will go out of there way to try and help you as much as they can, unfortunately my mentioned mistake above had been costly and they couldn't really do anything to resolve it but lesson learnt! I would highly highly recommend this app over any others, I've tried numerous apps and this just works in every way! Don't hesitate to install it.
