Stock Sync is working quite well. Havent had any problems the last 4 years. When our warehouse made some changes to the api, Faz from the support team was quick in helping us out.

I totally recommend this app to everyone, especially for new users, who really don't want to waste their time in updating inventory or managing products, this App does all of them and saves time for you.
Really satisfying and useful app, and also the support is helpful and quick.

Stocksync has been incredibly useful in managing our inventory and syncing price, availability, and metafields. When an issue arises, they normally respond in the next day or so, but they are very helpful and even went and added a new option for us to use in order to accommodate our needs. Would recommend stockysync for anyone looking to manage pricing and inventory.

Took me about a week to get to grips with it but I am finally getting my head around it, This will save us a load of time now. Still learning the app and need to understand fully how to add products from suppliers, But at least our existing products are now synced from supplier to prevent overselling.

Had some issues setting up my feed. For a week the service team worked with me to get working perfectly.

Now I can set up an inventory feed to my store that I do not have to check unless i want to make changes.

The application takes a little time to get started, but then it's perfect.

I needed support for a bug, they are very professional and competent. Once the ticket is processed, exchanges are really very quick.

This app is brilliant and the support is even better. Being able to filter the products I want to sync supplier-by-supplier and using custom billing is great, I don't need my whole catalogue synced so I only pay for what I need.

The app supports loads of ways to run feeds. I have it set to send me an email daily so I can check what's run. It's reasonably easy to set up, I'm running email attachment and SFTP feeds and this app was much easier to use than another I tried.

Raj has been great at pointing me in the direction of what settings I need to change to get to my desired outcome and responds quickly, time zones permitting.

In short, does everything I can think of, at a fair price, easy to use and with excellent help explaining how it works if required.

very disappointed with building the product section as for three weeks I could not fix an issue. Every time I emailed the person that day who read it did not read previous messages and then I had to repeat myself over and over finally nothing was fixed and the case was closed once I complained. Many feeds are not updated and most have not new item. Also, you cannot see the feeds you have to specifically ask for it. This whole process takes weeks and finally, you just give up.

Saves alot of manual entering. Took awhile to figure it out as a newbie but the team were very helpful in answering my queries and getting it up and running for me.
