Many problems. Stock don't update. Have to constantly phone and update / or ask

We checked your account and found the sync connection was no longer authorized, which stopped updates from running. Our support team has already reached out to help re-authorize the connection and get everything syncing correctly again.

Have used this app for several years now. It is a great app but some of the feeds randomly stop working. When you contact support they only superficially review the problem, so it takes 3 - 5 contacts and lots of typing to get them to understand what is happening. Because of time zone each contact takes a day to resolve so the entire process uses lots of time. This happens over and over.

The power of the app is fantastic but I may be forced to find something with better support.

Update a year later: The customer service is just becoming worse. We had again problems with uploading a new feed. Contacted the support. Takes a week just to get past the 1st line, which don't do anything else than sending meaningless support articles from their website. After a week they solved the issue, BUT, it created a new issue, so it still doesnt work. Now its been almost two weeks and we are still in queue to get in touch with the tech support.

They offer to schedule 15min google meet calls. Scheduled one for today. Did anyone from StockX show up to the scheduled meeting? Nope...

The app: 5 stars. It works well 99% of the time and has some clever functions that makes it very useful. Definitely saved us lots of manual work.

The support: The support is helpful, but it normally requires a few mail exchanges before they actually look into the issue in matter. The 1st line support seems to be there just to send out generic answers and FAQ links. Mainly the response time is a problem. You get a reply max. once per 24h. Which is extremely frustrating when you stuck with something urgent.

Stocksync promisses are great, however their servers are absolutely unreliable and rarely complete its tasks on time. Either uploading a file mannualy or via automatic feeds, it just takes a long time "processing" and sometimes it fails without completing the task. Not recommended for stores that need accuracy.

I'm using this app for a few days and set up went great, testing also working great with my customer ERP and FTP, but suddenly the app stops working, since this morning, and nobody is returning my messages, no one is answering... what's happening ??? Is there a status page or a website where we can check the app status??

From Shopify app history, you have installed the app in Oct 2020. Stock Sync has 14 days free trial so it already expired when reinstalling the app on July 25th, 2021. That's why the app show needs to upgrade to a paid plan. Sorry, we can't reset the free trial every time users reinstall because that will cause some users to keep uninstall and reinstalling the app. I hope you are seeing this.
