It's a great app, we have been using it for over a year now. Support is good, just had a query and they responded quickly and helpfully to resolve it.
UPDATE 13-08-25 From 2 stars to 4. Read the first review further down. New Review. The after some time did reach out and they seem to be working on the issues. It does seem as if, the genuie want to help. If they succed I dont now. 4 stars for now.
Not sure what to think yet. at first glance it looks easy, but still has some issues with setup and variant SKU is missing in drop down. also when reach out to chat, its just an AI no person.
even tried some of the "solutions" provided from the AI and that did not help.
I think I might uninstall again, but maybe give one last try.

I've been using this app for many years and can recommend it. For a long time it was just a "set and forget" app for me. It worked the way it was supposed to.
However I eventually encountered some disruptions to the feed updates, which were really disappointing and caused headaches for my team. I had to complain a lot to bypass the basic support replies and eventually reach more knowleable people who could actually look into my problem and offer a solution.
For now I'm keeping this app in my stack but will monitor it closely from now. As long as it does what it's supposed to, it's definitely a keeper.
Stock Sync is working quite well. Havent had any problems the last 4 years. When our warehouse made some changes to the api, Faz from the support team was quick in helping us out.

I've used this app for 3 different websites and started with the older version. I love the improvements and new look. Much easier to work with although some parameter input is still hard to understand. Tech support is always quick and helpful and answers all of my questions, or solves the problem. I highly recommend this app for both inventory management and adding and removing inventory to your store.

The app works well, and as soon as we have any questions, the app team is quick on problem solving. They've went out of their scope to allow us to sync one particular customer, in adition to giving us the answer to our problem.
If you need to syncronise your inventory to your dealers/dropshippers, I higly suggest you to try this app.

I have been using this app for over 12 months, the support could be better when you initially contact with an issue but all issued have been resolved and the app works great when set up correctly

I used this app to update inventory. Any time we have come across issues, support team has been great in responding immediately and resolving our issues. Great job!
Had a lot of teething problems in the first few years, support is hit and miss and not very proactive. Once you do get the setup bang on, it does work quite well. A paid service for a full setup would be a good idea and one I'd gladly pay for to avoid all the headaches for issues down the line.
