syncX: Stock Sync

I dont know what I would do without this app! Superb!!

Stock Sync is a great tool that allows our product providers to update their stock directly into our shop. This saves us tons of time and energy and allows us to concentrate on the most important parts of our business. If you add a first class support to it as it is the case, nothing can go wrong.

We've been using Stock Sync for 8 months. It was quick and easy to set up. We had minor issues using it in the beginning. But, it turned out those issues were on our side.

The support for this product is second to none. Quick, dependable, and always courteous. They care about their customers, appreciate feedback, and are constantly looking for ways to improve the product. Since we began using Stock Sync, we have seen continued innovation and improvement in performance.

How many hours a day are you spending updating inventory? If it is as little as one hour a day, and you pay someone $15/hour to do the task, your return on investment happens in 3.3 days at the highest pricing level.

If you are still updating inventory with spreadsheets, this product is a no-brainer.

UPDATE: I originally posted the above review in September 2016. It is now April 2019. Pricing plans have changed. But, the quality of service has not. When you're running a business, consistency is important. Raj and Jor are consistently professional, courteous, and efficient. Close to 3 years later. That level of dependability is rare. Do not hesitate to try their products. They'll be there to support you.

Is a time saver app, works as it should need to work. I sync from my inventory google sheets to shopify once a day. Recommended!

Pretty versatile app for the price. Does what we need it to with a nice feature set that allows for 3PL SKU variations and business rules. It's a bit counter-intuitive to set up and instructions were not very clear. Support takes about a day to get back to you, but are responsive and helpful. I'm happy with Stock Sync and will likely apply it across other web properties.

I require additional technical assistance and Stock Sync provides it. It can sometimes take some back and forth communication before some issues are resolved, but Stock Sync doesn't give up on me and is always polite and professional.

Stock Sync is an excellent and the customer service is great. It is very helpful in keeping our inventory up to date from our suppliers. Definitely recommend it.

Was a life saver when it comes to keep track of stock. Highly recommended to all stores with a busy warehouse or any store that drop ships.
