syncX: Stock Sync

Editing this (originally 1 star) review to say that the team fixed this issue and now we are able to use 3rd party fulfillment locations again!! They fixed it within 24 hours after I brought up the issue.

This app has been AMAZING in the past for our store, since we have multiple vendors and manage syncing inventory from multiple locations. We use a different app for order fulfillments, and now they are no longer supporting fulfillment locations from 3rd party apps. This completely bricks our process and makes the app unusable for our use case. I'm not sure why this change was made but if it's not resolved in some way we will have to switch to a different app.

What you should know about this app, well it is excellent it really helps someone that has no prior technical knowledge to follow guides and with a 75 - 100% rate setup his supplier's XML file. ( The rate is adjusted per the file your supplier will provide you with).
But besides that, you have a team that constantly tries to support you, edit for you and even check up on you for your ''success''.
And that is just incredible, not only as a product but as an overall service.
10/10 would recommend again and again!

Great experience and helped solve a problem quickly and cost effectively. They are very customer focused and will work things out quickly when you have an issue. I would highly recommend the App, platform and support for all your stock sync requirements

I use this on the free version for our business but will likely upgrade soon - but prices are fair. It does what I need, with multiple methods for uploading - we use email from one supplier, and then google sheet for another for around 2,000 SKU's. It simple to use, and works well!

Easy to use and great customer service. So useful for updating our dropship stock from our suppliers FTP, has saved me HOURS of time already in the first week!
Additionally - customer support is fantastic, very helpful and brilliant at resolving any issues

This app is a game changer if you work with drop shippers that provide an inventory database to keep your store inventory up to date. I can't say enough of how well this app works. There was some trial and error to figure out how the app works, but once figured out, it will keep your store's inventory up to date. You can sync inventory automatically or manually sync inventory. Highly recommend! I am subscribed to the Pro account tier.

Took a little time to figure out as this is my first time dropshipping, but is working perfectly for me now. Live chat agents were very helpful as well.

I have been using the app for the last 3 months and i cn honestly say, its working perfectly.

i have DROPBOX/EMAIL/XML feeds coming into my store on daily basis

we had a issue with one XML and they sorted it out for us by changing things on there program.

Super helpful for being able to sync wholesaler feeds to store. Support was a lifesaver and helped me navigate setting up some complex integrations, definitely recommend!
