The app does what it says. We are using it to import ShipStation inventory into our Shopify store. Email support during pre-purchase and set-up was outstanding.

Stock Sync is an incredibly powerful and flexible inventory update system with excellent functionality that other systems simply do not have. The customer support is truly superior. Don't get hung up on experimenting or technical details - just ask the customer support and they will immediately fix or adjust your data feeds. Customer Support will also assist with developing the best data feed / update strategy for your inventory. This app fulfills a need that some shops may have and essentially allows easy integration with other forms of stock updates - saving potentially hours of work a day.

Fairly priced for what it does, and service staff helped resolve an issue we had without any problems at all.

Great app that works with a lot of drop ship companies. Easy to use and understand.
We have been using the app since May 2016 and the issues we had was typically problems we had made for ourself. The app is able to work with several suppliers and have a great solution for suppliers that just delete their products from the feed before they zero them. An issue that will cause a lot of problems if not supported by the app.
And again great service from the team behind Stock Sync!

Without Stock Sync - Inventory Update I would be unable to run my business properly. Functionality is great and above all the service department is very very helpful and quick. I would recommend this app to anyone who has to update stock levels regularly!

We didn't want to change our POS system in our store just yet. So when we went with Shopify for our webstore, we were thrilled to find Stock Sync. It enables us to keep are stock online up to date and it can even do it all automatically every evening (or whenever I want to).
