El módulo tiene muy buenas prestaciones.
A veces cuesta un poco contactar con el soporte, pero en general resuelven dudas o incidencias en 24h.
Estamos en fase de pruebas.

The worst Sync app ever! We have been trying to reach them for last 2 weeks even complained them to Shopify. But still no one replied yet. We need to stop subs and get a refund for last two months. As the app stopped working and no one helped at all. I do NOT recommended anyone who need to regular Inventory Sync. Unprofessional, Unresponsive and You cannot make a business plan with these guys.

Cheapest, most effective API/FTP integration app on the market (I've researched competitors). Their support team spent an hour with me and was very skilled in addition to email communication. If you don't want to take months to learn how to code API/FTP feeds, this solution is exactly what you are looking for. Pro tip: buy credits (product imports) in bulk option to save 50% if a larger store. $50 = 10,000 products + $15-$25/monthly for update feeds. A++

I have been using Stock Sync for some time now and I would rate it very highly. I have a couple of suppliers who have feeds and this app really takes all of the hard work out of things for me so I can concentrate on what I aim to do. The staff here have always gone out of their way to help me and any questions have been rectified in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy to use to manage your product on Shopify, it's very challenging to use only the Shopify import/export ability, this app is a must. Their support is also excellent.

Very responsive support team that are always eager and happy to help. Took a few hours to understand the app but now it's pretty straight forward and there's a lot of simple and quick how to guides. Would recommend.

I have been really happy with this app. It has been reasonably easy to use and has lots of videos and tutorials to help you.
There was just one supplier I could not work out how to sync to and I messaged stock sync directly and they were able to set it up for me for free.
The service has been great.

We have been using this Shopify app for over 5 years across various stores, and I can confidently say that the quality of their customer service has significantly declined over time. While the support team has been helpful with stock synchronization and the app worked well for our other websites, we have been facing consistent challenges with this particular website for nearly 2 years. The inventory is not properly synchronized, updates are not reflected accurately, and we constantly receive orders for items that are out of stock. Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times, our problem remains unresolved. To make matters worse, we have been informed that they only provide support if we pay an additional fee. However, we are already paying them every month, and they are failing to deliver the service we expect. And their prices significantly increased over the years. This situation is quite frustrating and raises questions about the purpose of our ongoing payment.

This app is simply amazing and very easy for someone who is just starting out. The support team was very helpful and quickly resolved our issue. Been using this app for a little over a month maybe more and So far 10 out of 10 would recommend.
