Incredible! I was looking for something like this over years... Stock Sync saved my neck in a very important stage of my online store, where the sales were going up, but I wasn't able to keep up. There are many features that will help you connect with all your suppliers in a wide range of methods: from a single csv file to a database connection with another shopify store! One feature I enjoyed and I can't find it anymore is the ability to download three kind of update reports present in the feed activity log: "failed product", "store unmatch" and "updated info". They were VERY useful to detect problems, give some comfort and security about the update process. For the developers: future updates could consider a new feed method for updating products: XML "queries". Right now, you can only add ONE single XML file, but could be more useful (at least for me) you could specify several URLs where each one works like a XML query. Actually, we have a provider working like this, and right now we download each XML "query" in separate files, combine them with Excel and then upload the file. Thank you for the amazing work you're doing!

The app just does not work. Does not do what it says, tried several times, no errors, just doesn't do anything. RIP OFF!

It pulls the information through without giving a error which is great. I am struggling to get the correct data to pull through onto my business page engen-gc-gypsey-shopify. once stock items have been uploaded it doesn't refelect the product name (header) on column A, product price column .

The title is missing because the field mapping was configured incorrectly. We can help correct that and undo the previous import and credits will be reverted to. Please contact support@stock-sync.com for help.

We are using the Stock Sync App to update stock levels on our web shop. Having multiple bundle sizes of the same item caused a few head scratching moments, but the guys at Stock Sync were excellent at getting everything working. Thanks to the Stock Sync team for taking the time to explore, explain and ultimately provide what we needed in a handy well priced App.

Initially they are very helpful in setting up everything for you. Later when comes to problem, they will not reply your email. To be precise, we have paid $50 dollars for the stock sync credit, only will be deducted when add or remove products, surprisingly 10,000 credits were all used up in 2 days, we doubt that they were used for updating product variants. This is not solved almost a month and since then did not get any reply.

There is problem for the feed sometimes, sometimes we received email that sync is failed but it's not, sometimes the feed is missing without any reason and syncing cannot be done.

Totally fed up and have to get other app. This issue has delayed us from launching a new store.

Their support is very very slow. Dont recommend this company. Its takes days for them to help us. :-(
