syncX: Stock Sync

This application seems to meet my requirements but most of all I am very greatfull for support I had. Very friendly guys working out with me on my tight schedule.

Love it! Been using it for a while. Great syncing with my local suppliers in SA. Pretty user-friendly and affordable. It's a no brainer to automate your stock levels and updated price points. Plus these guys are really helpful if you need guidance (just the support is a bit slow!). Look.. we advise using it, you won't be sorry when they eventually reply! ;)

The app was good when I started using it but whenever there is a problem it is very difficult to get them to resolve anything. when I first signed up for this service they charged me for the number of SKUs that were on the feed. now they are counting all the products in my store and refusing to provide an update unless I upgraded. This is very unfair because the other products in my store are in a different location and are managed by a different provider, so why should I pay them more for something they don't manage. Now I have put my selling on hold struggling to make updates myself while looking for different provided. Buyers beware

I'm using this app to keep my stocks up-to-date and it works very well. I'm very satisfied with their technical support team. They helped me to solve my problems very quickly and efficiently. Just one more thing, I will be happier if you can provide live chat in the future.

I was looking a long time for such an app/possibility of a reasonable price. The support is great the guys are really friendly an help out where needed. I would like to see more features to calculate stock estimates etc. to get out the most of the data. I think this would give this app the killer features to boost growth. Nearly everything is possible and they can integrate loads of services! Give it a try.

I do not recommend to anyone, constant problems and miscommunication. Money is paid, the store does not work.

Easy to set-up and integrate with 3rd party supplier. Customer support were quick to answer my questions. 5 stars.

Slow and unhelpful customer support, the tool work as it should but the support is poor.
