The App is working just fine, it may take some understanding for people who are not very tech savvy.
The Support we received was exceptional and we wish to thank Raj for assisting us through a few sessions to help us get where we needed to be.

An inventory management plugin that does EXACTLY what it promises to do. Tons of customization and flexibility. Works well with may different file formats and delivery methods (dropbox links are my personal favorite). Very accurate, EXTREMELY useful, and very affordable to boot! The alternatives (EDI) will run you $300+/month/supplier. Extremely happy that I found this plugin and will definitely continue to use it in all my stores. It's already saved me countless hours of work and eliminated god knows how many data entry errors. There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, and I wish the setup documentation was a little better. Once you figure out how to do it once though, you're pretty much good to go. A well-earned 5 stars.

I use this app to update my inventory several times a week. I accidentally deleted something and the app wouldn't work. Stock Sync guru Raj got me up and running again very quickly! Thank you so much. I was quite worried I had totally messed up my boss' website. Thank you thank you!

I used this app for over 2yr, but the feed not working at least 2~3 days per month. since feed does not work 26 hours, after amazon prime day, and Friday night. we need to update price and qty, but no response and no update. major errors and problems, this matter is over and over again.

StockSync has run very well for my website and I rarely have any issues with it. I love its customizations and it provides great value for the price. Well done!

Stock Sync works really well to update the inventory on my shopify store from multiple different vendors. Their customer service always responds and is willing to look into and fix my issues! Definitely a great app to use!
