Perfect App with the Best Support! **Keep reading to see why** At first I was having trouble syncing the app with my supplier's inventory files and the support team was quick to respond and help guide me through the issues.

The best part was when I asked if there was a way for me to round the price to .99 instead of .00. The reply for Stock Sync was one of a kind! I was told unfortunately this feature is unavailable, but they would ADD this option because of my request! I wish more services operated the way the team at Stock Sync does. I highly recommend these guys!

2023.03.22 We use the app for several months already and had the chance to interact with the support team also. Overall impression is positive and we decided to continue with StockSync after testing other partial solutions. We use now to create new products from suppliers feeds, update stock, prices and pictures. It is easy to customize what to import, to connect data from feed with the shop, to transform data from text to numbers for stock status and much more. For the curent number of orders, updating every 6 hours is still good, but we do recommend to upgrade this service in the basic package to more often. In the last months we tested another solution only to sync stocks, where with no additional cost we had it every hour for as many feeds as we wanted. Stock Sync is better because you can customize, apply filters, update any information from the shop and make rules when reading the feed source.
Working with support team, I have to mention Raj for this topic, I see they have the will to help, to improve, and to make our shopify users easyer. All the way from the begining, I see progress and we plan to use this app in the future too.

2022.07.18 I am using the app for some time. We had periods when sorting wasnt working but I am not sure if that was because we didnt had the right plan at that time for the shop or was technical issue. Now I made a reinstall on the rebranded new shop and when selected to update all collections at once, it didn't work. I have made the update for each page of collections and in this way it worked. I cannot give feedback for the auto updates. We also have another shop my-babyprincess.myshopify.com where still not working but also I dont know if is the plan or technical issue. Comparing to other apps, I advice for an upgrade regarding live update on inventory change that with this app we cannot do, not yet needed but it was something that almost made me select other app.

Really nice App! You can sinc many things in difrent ways: product stock, price, offers, etc. Setup a cron job and use it with Google Sheets for exmple or XML in "real time". Very happy with solution and support!

TOP Never a problem and if there was help desk intervenes immediately. I extract my ERP data in any format and synchronize it quickly and easily in Shopify

I'm not a very savvy IT person so was a little daunted by the process - but the support has been fantastic. Everything running smoothly as a result. Definitely recommend!

I installed the app and was impressed with its features. I was a little confused with the initial set up, but customer support was quick and efficient. They also have a database of verified US dropshippers that you can import products from with one click. This is a great resource for ecommerce brands to monitor your stock quantity and keep track of your vendors.

Awesome, exactly what I was looking for and needed. Not the greatest directions in the 1st place, but got help from support on setting it up and it runs smoothly. Highly recommend

Stock Sync is a phenomenal app! It has great features that save you so much time, and they are always adding great new features to the app. Compared to other apps in the same category, you get so much more out of the Stock Sync app. They have several subscription plans you can choose from, and in my opinion the prices are very reasonable.
Also, The support team is fantastic! I had some major issues setting up my feeds. They really made a huge effort to make sure everything works perfectly.

So I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about Stock Sync. I run a store with over 20,000 skus, and had tried a number of different options to update stock prior to finding this app, all of which were VERY time consuming. I had been using the Shopify product upload csv file, which is fine is you are running less than 1000 skus, but even then it has some issues (image maintenance for a start if you aren't using hosted images).
Stock Sync has been a real blessing and worth every penny! The updates are so simple, and now with the enhanced features you can update more than just stock levels, all with a simple drag and drop and the update for over 20,000 skus is quick!
If you have a large inventory, or have inventory from multiple suppliers this is an absolute must!!
