Excellent support! The team helped me configure my feeds, fix SKU and variant matching, inventory synchronization, auto-publishing, and even investigated several complex issues until everything worked correctly. They were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
Set up help was extremely helpful. Be sure when setting up if there are things you don't want synced, such as images, product descriptions, etc you toggle those off. Since getting the settings correct it has run very smooth for me.
The Team from syncX are unbelievable! I have been working with them to put together some challenging product and inventory syncing and the team has done an exception job to help me achieve the results I am looking for. They are responsive and excellent at solving issues. The app is simple and effective - I am very happy with this app and the support team!
