The app: 5 stars. It works well 99% of the time and has some clever functions that makes it very useful. Definitely saved us lots of manual work.

The support: The support is helpful, but it normally requires a few mail exchanges before they actually look into the issue in matter. The 1st line support seems to be there just to send out generic answers and FAQ links. Mainly the response time is a problem. You get a reply max. once per 24h. Which is extremely frustrating when you stuck with something urgent.

This is the BEST APP ON SHOPIFY if you need to coordinate several large inventories. I'm not sure I could continue my business without this app. So much time saved, so efficient, such great customer support. I wish every app I have installed was as good as Stock Sync! This companies other apps are amazing as well. They all are huge time savers. Keep up the good work! Hopefully more are releasing soon, for things I don't even know I need yet! Thanks!

This app is incredible. Customer service is above and beyond. I've had a few questions and "how do I fix this?" problems. They've responded within 12 hours every single time. They're polite and always fix my problems almost immediately. I have three suppliers. Two of them were already pre-programmed into their system. I didn't have to do anything to set those up. My third has a feed that I had to set up manually. It was fairly easy to set up and works great. And pricing... one of my suppliers recommended another company online to sync stock. They were hundreds more per month than Stock Sync and do the exact same thing, probably just as well. If you dropship or have suppliers, I can't recommend this more.

If you are needing automation for your store to keep things updated on a regular basis, this is the app to get! Very easy to install and set up with your store, just make sure you edit the feed to your requirements before you run anything because i made that mistake and lost all of my product descriptions and prices for 790 products!!

The support team, in this instance - Hanah is fantastic, they will go out of there way to try and help you as much as they can, unfortunately my mentioned mistake above had been costly and they couldn't really do anything to resolve it but lesson learnt! I would highly highly recommend this app over any others, I've tried numerous apps and this just works in every way! Don't hesitate to install it.
