I shifted to a new POS last year and was really struggling with how to accomplish my annual full store stock take. My POS provided pointed me in the direction of this app and I was immediately hopeful that it would solve my dilemma. I am so happy to confirm! This app streamlined and improved our annual physical inventory process immensely! Additionally, Jordan, the app founder, was hands-on, with assistance in a timely fashion. I cannot express how thrilled I was with his personal customer service! I look forward to next year's inventory process being even better, thanks to the Stock Take app!

Working with Jordan has been exceptional. He has been a constant support for our team as we learned to utilize his app. Jordan has developed new features specifically for us that seamlessly integrate his app with our standard operating procedures (SOP), and he has expertly guided us through any challenges that arose. His customer service and technical assistance have been outstanding.
In addition to the excellent support, the app itself is incredibly useful. It allows us to utilize the POS Go as a mobile scanning device, running up to 13 devices simultaneously. The interface is user-friendly, so I didn’t waste time figuring out how to use it. I love that I can quickly add or adjust stock levels right from my phone or tablet. It’s made my inventory management process much smoother and less stressful.

We had an absolute mess and Jordon helped to fix it!!
We were in the middle of closing one location to set up a new location. We had pulled items from the location that was closing and put it in the new location and we had taken things to the other existing store. A lot of back and forth with no true transfer of existing items. WHAT A MESS! Jordon helped us to make sense of the mess we had created. His willingness to be at our beck and call and promptly responding to any of our requests was amazing. He wasn’t limiting us to how the app was designed to work he actually customized many different things to accommodate our needs. I can’t say enough about the quality of the customer service experience we had with this developer. I highly recommend this app if you need help cleaning up inventory in Shopify. I know many sellers have posts about how they have been trying to clean up their inventory and feel lost. I assure you that Stock Take (Inventory Count) and Jordon will serve you well. If you are looking for an honest app developer that is willing to go all in to help correct your inventory count look no further. I encourage everyone with inventory count issues to choose this app. I can not imagine how we would have cleaned this up without Jordon. All the other apps were limited to what their software was designed to do and had no offer to customize anything. Jordon is amazing and this app is only going to get better and better as time goes on.

We have used this across 5 of our stores and find it so effective, especially when our employees can use multiple devices at once. It aligns with our Warehouse as well! Would highly recommend using this device.
