Super simple to use, reporting is really good and it's so handy that multiple devices can join the stocktake.

Great app for quickly auditing products. Filtering works great, and the overall experience is fast and responsive. Support team is also very helpful. We've been looking for an app like this for a long time!

One of the best apps on shopify app store for stock take. The developers are very talented and easy to work with. They understand our requirements and are really helpful with suggestions and explanations when we need them.

Really happy with the software and massive help to organise our stocks in accuracy.

Hola, tengo un problema, estoy tratando de hacer el inventario, pero a la hora de sincronizar los productos existentes, no se sincronizan todas las variables, solo algunas, que puede ser? si tenia 200 productos, solo se sincronizan 100 y me salen los otros 100 como si no estuvieran disponibles, pero si me meto a ver el inventario desde shopify si estan.

Hubo un problema con la interfaz de Shopify que provocó que todas las aplicaciones de terceros descargaran incorrectamente variantes de productos.

Shopify ha solucionado este problema ahora.

Para asegurarse de que la aplicación descargue su inventario correctamente esta vez, deberá exportar cualquier trabajo que haya realizado en su inventario anterior, iniciar un nuevo inventario e importar los datos CSV guardados.

Finally an app that does a stocktake the way a retailer needs it done!! Excellent communication from the developer and great support. Highly recommended

I was really hoping this app would be the answer. I love how it compared current stock take and showed in unmatched when it didn't match. However, it never completely worked and updated my stock in Shopify, which makes it completely useless. It would glitch out, every month one of our stores would completely delete halfway through the count.

We had a bug with our app that marked some stocktakes as cancelled if there were network problems during your inventory count. We have fixed this bug now.

Well... I guess if you have a small inventory it performs well. For us, we have a inventory of over 50k SKU's. And due to the size of it, stock take's systems failed, and didn't send us the final stocktake report, resulting in us having to do EVERYTHING again manually to get the propper report... Basically using this app cost us three days of extra labor. So if you have a big database of products, beware...

Hi,

Thank you for installing our stock taking app and leaving a review.

Your stock was updated successfully, but our email server (Gmail) was unable to attach the report CSV file for your 56,000 products to an email.

I deeply regret that our app failed to send you your stocktake report and that we were unable to recover another copy from our server (14 days had elapsed and our backup copy was no longer available).

As a workaround for this issue we now allow downloads of old stocktake CSV files directly fom the "History" section of the start page. Look for an "Export CSV report" link next to each successful stocktake. The export option will be available for 30 days.

I hope you will give our app another chance.

I found it great once it worked correctly, but it also brought in Draft and archived products which were not relevant to the stock take.
Otherwise it was really great to be able to get a real time listing of stocktake

Thank you for subscribing to our app and providing your valuable feedback.
Effective January 11th, 2021, we do not display products that are in "Draft" or "Archived" status. Only "Active" Shopify products are fetched and displayed during a stocktake. Please email us if there are specific draft/archived products visible in a stocktake and we will investigate.

This app looks like it has a ton of potential and I was excited to use it. There is a feature called cycle count. It is a seemingly innocuous, easily overlooked little box
especially for a new user that is trying to get their heads around a new app.

Check this option to update stock counts only for edited / scanned products.
Uncheck this option to set all unedited / unscanned products to zero stock when updating inventory.

The default is unchecked - WHY? I opened a stock take, looked around, cancelled it and low and behold 12000 inventory items have been messed up. 2 weeks of online purchases not even an option for my customers. I have lost thousands of dollars.

Why is such a majorly impactful box to check not more evident? A staff person could so easily leave it set to the default position.

Their support is email only which is ridiculous when you have an urgent need with your store. They were at least prompt to reply but not very helpful at all with resolving the app.

As far as the functionality of the app - it is ok. Stocky which is free and owned by shopify now is much much better.

This is the app I have been searching for for physical inventory. Stock Take is easy to use and works seamlessly with Shopify. I can do my physical inventory in sections, or choose to do the entire inventory. I chose to filter by vendor for my first time, just in case there were any glitches. There were none and it was easy to figure out. it was great being able to scan the barcodes with my phone and made doing the tedious chore of inventory a pleasure.
