Stockie Inventory Management

Eine tolle App und eine gute Alternative zu Stocky, die schon viele Funktionen abdeckt. Der Support ist ebenfalls absolut top. Wir benötigten eine spezielle Funktion, die direkt implementiert wurde.

Since Shopify discontinued Stocky, we were looking for a reliable replacement and discovered Stockie. It has been an excellent solution for inventory management, forecasting, and purchase orders, with even more features than Stocky.

Jake has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very responsive, understood the changes we needed, and was happy to make adjustments to suit our business. The outcome has been fantastic, and we are now using Stockie effectively across our operations.

Highly recommended for any Shopify business looking for a powerful inventory management and forecasting solution!

Pros: The most robust PO ordering system and the closest to Stocky that I've found. The support has been great and all my questions/issues have been swiftly addressed as I transition. Including creating a custom csv download that works with my barcode printing app.

Cons: It is very expensive. I really only need the app for doing POs and not inventory management/forecasting and I am disappointed that POs are only offered as a feature on the most expensive level.

If POs were offered on a lower cost tier, I'd be giving 5 stars.

As others have said, we found Stockie (we'll call it Awesome Stockie) when looking for a replacement for Stocky (we'll call it Sad Stocky).

We were never impressed or excited by Sad Stocky. We mostly settled on it because it did the basics of what we needed, and all the other apps were expensive, and had a lot of extras we wouldn't use. Looking recently, that is what we were finding this time around too, until we found Awesome Stockie!

We're big fans of the name- it's the kind of humor we enjoy. Stockie is great. Like if Stocky got a glow-up. (If we're being honest though, we don't think Stocky had it in them).

Awesome Stockie does the things that we used in Sad Stocky, but so much better. We have hundreds of vendors, and many tens of thousands of items, so at any given time we have tons of pending purchase orders at different stages of fulfillment. Awesome Stockie handles all of this, and was straightforward and easy to learn.

But also, the support! WOW! Jake is the best (we'll call him Awesome Jake). We're not sure if he sleeps since he is always there to help, but it's so appreciated.

We were really feeling overwhelmed by trying to find a new way to handle our purchase orders & receiving, but we're so glad we found Awesome Stockie & Awesome Jake!

Stockie has been a great alternative to Stocky for our Shopify store. It is easy to use, clear, and gives us the stock management tools we need without overcomplicating things. The app has made managing inventory and purchase orders much smoother, and the support has been helpful whenever we have needed it. A really solid option for anyone looking for a practical Stocky alternative.

Jake has been very responsive to my questions during my trial period of Stockie as I need to make the switch from Stocky. Updates are being made quickly to match the capabilities we have with Stocky. There's no need to find another app. This one is affordable, capable, and the staff is accessible. Stockie will be our new home! Thank you for saving us time and helping our business run smoothly!

Like a lot of other retailers, we were distraught about the sunsetting of Stocky (with a y). After looking at multiple replacement options, we found Stockie (with an ie) and have been so grateful for their support team, especially Jake!

They made the migration process easy and answered all of our questions. Plus, if we had suggestion about the app itself, they would let us know that it was on their roadmap for future updates!

We highly recommend this app for inventory management. It is simple and cost effective while still offering every feature that you need.

It's only been a few days but Stockie is showing us data and sales velocity our other inventory management tool couldn't keep up with. We're happy with the results so far.

Highly recommend. Since needing an alternative to Stocky, we came across Stockie; it's intuitive and really easy to use and has been great for Purchase Orders (can't attest to Stocktakes yet as at time of writing it's still in development).
Service via Jake has been brilliant, super responsive, and open to feedback - which, if not already on their roadmap, is happily taken on board.
After testing many other potential replacements, Stockie has been a breath of fresh air!

I was in the depths of despair trying to figure out what to do with the impending Stocky sunset. I looked at 20+ other apps that said they were Stocky replacements, but none of them really delivered. The main lacking feature for us was the min/max stock level. We found some solutions but they were very expensive and overly complicated. Luckily we found Stockie and have been very pleased so far. Jake has been very responsive with questions and feature requests. I can breathe easy again knowing that we’ve got something that will perform just as well, if not better than Stocky.
