Stockist Store Locator

Maybe the best response rate and customer service I've received from any vendor. I had a couple of special requests and the Stockist team (A) auto-responded immediately with a very informative message regarding their hours of operation and anticipated response rate, (B) responded well within that timeframe, and (C) completed my custom request in less than a day. In addition, they made some great recommendations regarding the use of their tool on my website that would help my SEO and user experience. Don't hesitate to ask them for custom requests! They just might be able to make it happen!

I really like this app, including it's functionality, user experience and look. I like that you can customize colours and the customer service is great. Only suggestion would be to drop a pin on the map for where the search location is (in case the user is in a location they aren't familiar with, or customer service is trying to help someone).

After a thorough search for a store locator we landed on Stockist. It has all the features we were looking for (automatic Google sheet sync for easy edits was important, as well as easy setup, customization options, geolocation, and filters). But the customer support is what really set it apart. Fast, clear responses to our questions and concerns, extremely helpful support team.

We moved from a different app and are very happy we did. The upload process is super simple which is important to us since we are adding new locations weekly. The admin is easy to navigate and use. But the best part of the app is the support. Super quick to reply and always have an answer or solution. Thanks Ben!

Really good app - good customisation options and simple to setup. Display was a bit narrow with our theme but reached out to customer service and was able to sort it within a few hours. This was on a Saturday and had no expectations for a response so quickly tbh. Really great customer service.

Fixed all our problems with how we did it before (manually), price is right, install is fairly easy, support has been good (thanks, Ben!). I highly recommend this app if you're looking for a retailer map. We've customized the icons of the pins to be on brand (lil peaches), and added custom filters for whether a retailer carries: products, or services (we are in the Spa business), and if the retailer is a Distributor or not. Fantastic

I'm thrilled with this app's performance and even more impressed by their Support team. There was an issue with our Google Map connection that I was notified about immediately by Ben Moenga at Stockist. He provided details on how to address the situation and when I needed a little extra hand-holding, he was more than happy to do so. Ben found and highlighted the lines of code that needed to be removed and everything was working again within a few business hours. Very pleased with the Support Team; Ben in particular!
