I have to say this app was exactly what I was searching for. I love the customization aspect. Very simple and quick to navigate. I had a few questions as I was just getting myself comfortable with using this app and the support team was amazing and prompt. They were able to answer all my questions. I will definitely continue using this app!

Does not work. Requires you to purchase credits and even you use them, the badges do not show up on your items. Customer service can not spell and will not help.

Hey there, I know today was a bad day for you and as a result for us too. As I spoke to you, this special case happened cause of the image size and # image constraints that Shopify restricts us apps to - add to that heavy BFCM season, and unfortunately your images could not get updated with the stickers before the system timed out.

We are working on fixing this with a workaround in the next 1 hour and will not happen for any other stores. In meantime, we have refunded the full amount and also shared a free credit pack. Wish you would give us another shot.

Great and fast service. It was just in time. But writing a lot is very difficult given my poor knowledge of the language. it's a pity that there is no translation on the site

Really great, clean, professional app! The support is super fast as well. I'd definitely recommend this over other badge apps. I've tried a few & they're always glitchy and unsightly.

Good customer service, not super intuitive, the user experience has a long way to go but there are loads of options and they're quite helpful.

Great App & very Easy to use! Allows you to upload your own custom stickers which is exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommended.

I've only just started using this app to add some badges to certain products. The app itself is extensive with the amount of pre-made badge designs to choose from, but above that you can also add your own custom badge designed outside of the app, or create a badge within the app using their design tools. I was also struggling with the positioning of my custom uploaded badge and within a few minutes on their help chat, I was assisted by Shikha, who very quickly requested the file and uploaded it for me and made sure it was exactly right and positioned where I needed it. Highly recommend this app, and their personable support team is excellent.
