I used the app to open a second store with a different name - the support was great and it did what it was supposed to do. Now if shopify would let them transfer over all the "settings" that would be even better -
This app is a fail.
It promises to do a copy of your store but in reality the copy is not complete. There are many elements that can not be automatically copied and the company hides it until customers pay.
Even I requested my money back, the developer replied by saying that the information is clear -which was not-.
It would be fair that the company clearly states -before paying- which items will be duplicated and which not.

You will see in our app description a full list of items that we support copying, as well as a list of items that are currently not supported due to limitations in Shopify's API. We try our best to ensure that merchants have the right expectations prior to installing our app and I apologize if you had missed these lists.

Great app. Almost zero effort, no hassle, peace of mind, just pay and get it done :)
If I had to find any inconvenient I would say that it is a little bit slow, it took some hours to complete, but having said that, it's once in a lifetime that you need to wait for that.
The app did really well copying over test products for us. No complaints with replay as a company either.

This is the first review I've ever written on the Shopify app store, and I'm writing it because I think a solution like it is what the community really needs.
First off, this app is by no means creating a complete duplicate of your master store—I found that out the hard way when I realised that a theme copy did nothing a manual move couldn't do. I had many a custom-made change to my theme and they did not move, and I paid US$19 for something I could have done myself in three minutes.
With that being said, the limitations of the app seem to be because of Shopify's imposed limitations on app developers, not because of a lack of competence on the app developers' part; I'm sure they are trying to cram it with features.
All in all, the main reason one would be utilising this app is to create as a close a clone as possible of the one's main store. This app stills fails to deliver a complete experience, but I am looking forward to what's in store—and am still adequately happy with what has been provided thus far.
No other app seems to match it at the moment.
P.S. The customer service I received was superb.
