Absolutely a must have application for copying over all the allowable information from products, Collections, pages and even the product Titles, descriptions and SEO search terms. The support team from Sarrah to Mike were very helpful answering questions as to what the app could accomplish on first install. Then they credit my account for the fact the ongoing need for Automatic 2 way use of Replay wasn't needed for both stores so they volunteered to backed off the 59.00 charge for second store after every thing was accomplished day one and every duplicated except the navigation based upon old theme. We will keep REWIND for both stores as their content will be different from additional products to new Theme layout... Highly recommend Rewind and REPLY from this company for all those running multiple cloned Shopify storefronts as you can turnoff Title and Description auto syncing and make the customer facing content difference so you don't have duplicate content penalties fro Google and Bing.

App copy half of the things.
It was completely unusable. I used a dev and he has to redo everything basically costing me 3 times this app. I think it would have been cheaper to go without this app. I asked for support but so far except saying that my dev was incompetent they didn't help me at all. I rarely don't recommend an app, but I'm not recommending this one.

I used the app to copy one store and keep it updated on 2 destination stores and it works great. Even the themes were copied perfectly. The only reason I don't give 5 stars it's because you have to subscribe in the source store making it a very expensive App to keep.

Very slow. stared a task with 270 items to copy about 2 days ago and still not complete (still running).

Used this app to copy 'collections' over to our Development account. I didn't need all collections, just new/current ones, enough to maintain an updated testing environment. Opted for the 'pay per item' plan. Was able to successfully copy the collections i needed... if the below could be addressed, it'd be a much better experience:

No Pagination or count- No idea how many pages i have to scroll through, or items to select from.

No filters - Can't filter items to quickly select 'what i need/not what i don't'. i.e. Filter by automated collections, # of products merchandised in a collection, when the collection was last updated, etc.

Can't select 'all on page' and continue to next page w/out losing the previous selection - i have to manually select every item.

Once a task is in progress - there's a button on the top right to "start a new task" i did this, and when i submitted it, i got an error saying previous task must be completed before starting a new one and i lost all of the very tedious work i had already done. Remove the option/ if it's not an option.

Selections that have already been copied over, are still in the list. There's no way to keep track of where you left off or what's already been copied, because again, there's no pagination or counts, just a 'previous/next' button.

This app copies more items than any other apps that i tried. I know their per item price may be too much but if it goes above $99 you can choose monthly fee and then cancel it after the transfer finishes in an hour. Overall very good and reliable app i just wish it was cheaper.

bad app, i deupplicated two time all my collection and two time a lot of collection were missing, a waste of time

Too disappointed, although deleted apps but still charged, I suspect this is a fraudulent apps, not recommended to install.

This app used to be decent, now they want $99 per month + $29 for additional stores. They used to have an option where by you pay as you go for the items you wanted to transfer over, and this made sense, unfortunately no longer available, so we have moved to competitor that does offer this pricing model.

The app worked well, I do still think the pricing is unworkable for most and am really disappointed pay as you go is no longer available.

I started copying each product from our source site to the destination, then thought - there has to be an app for this. Enter Store Copy - Replay. Yay!

It worked in seconds, saved me hours of work and was super cost effective on the pay as you go option.

All the destination data looks spot on and just checking the different currency pricing.
