One , or even the best app for Store locator, instant response and kind customer service. Work very well.
My client needed a map locator for visitors to search for vendors who sold their products. We started with a simple Google Map, but as they grew, it became difficult to manage. I reviewed a few different options, but this was was SOOOO easy to install, easy to customize, and a snap to bulk-import their CSV file. I didn't want the search to span across the top, so I tried another app, but realized why this one was much better. That would be my only critique...if they would allow the 'search' to display in different positions. Other than that, it's a great product.
Don't waste your time. Buggy and little or very delayed response. Will not post my review for some reason unless I type enough.
Thank you for your feedback. According to our chat logs you contacted us via chat at 4.31am (+8GMT) and was immediately responded at 4.32am (+8GMT). After understanding the issues, we had escalated the issue to our dev team at 4.47am to look into this issue. At 2.23pm (+8GMT) we had contacted you to let you know we are working on the issue. We manage to resolve the issue 2 days later due to the complexity of the issue and had notify you accordingly but there was no further response from your side.
We identified the root cause and the reason why it is not showing at your store is because you were using a Theme that is under Trial license therefore the theme was not calling the API at our store.
We had since added a code to allow demo/trial Themes to be compatible with our app. You may try to reinstall the app and it should be working now.

I have been using this app for a few days and i love it. Luna and the team has helped me to integrate it perfectly within my shop. It displays well on PC and mobile. Easy to upload all stores in bulk. Thank you. Great Work.
This is a really nice app. Everything works well and as its supposed to. Only issue i had was with the phone number, but i got it figured out. Make sure your phone number is formatted as xxx-xxx-xxxx or it won't take.
Had some initial trouble with the map locator but support was very responsive and quickly solved my issue.
This app was perfect for our store locator needs. Very clear and works well. The stand out feature was the support. Some initial set up issues, mostly my fault, were resolved immediately with clear and supportive advise from Luna and then collaborator access via the technical staff. They seem totally committed to a positive result for the customer. Very impressed!
Great stuff, easy to use and it helps customer to find your location
Very pleased so far. Customer service quick and efficient. Needed the map page customising, which was done for us quickly with no fuss.
