Overall a bad experience. We had code spoiling the UX of our website. The Store Locator Team took ages to adress it, until today its not fixed and at some point they would not answer to emails anymore. Horrible. Don't use.

Their page loading times are horrible. It took over 2 hours to enter 8 locations on a map with their website constantly timing out. We have gigabit speed internet so I know it wasn't on our end.

Bulk import won't work, used their export template and have a valid google api key applied. Reached out to support 3 times, never heard back. Switching to a different app.

Got the app set up relatively easy. Did require some help from support for a couple of things but they were very responsive and helpful.
I appreciate that it's free, but twice I have reached out to support without a reply.
As a user on the website, the option to add your address to the store locator is pointless because the store locator does not return locations based on your address. The stores are listed in the order that you the admin originally input them when building the store locator for your website. So, if I list myself in Florida, it won't show Florida locations ... not first nor in terms of distance from me. Instead, it will show then however I listed them ... so it might be Hawaii, California, Florida, then New Jersey. I reached out to support to see if I had made an error or if the return of locations didn't include the location functionality - no reply.
Then I had a customer tell me the store locator was down and they were trying to see locations. I checked and the store locator page being used no two of my websites were showing an error on the website. I wrote support. No reply. Mysteriously, the locator came back up a few minutes later.
I sincerely appreciate what is built here. And I sincerely appreciate that it's being offered for free. I just wish customer support was there ... and I wish the locator returned results based on the user's location.

We've been using the app for a few months and are happy with it. The setup with Google Maps was a little intimidating but following their exact instructions got us through it just fine.
We had a minor problem with the app not running on one of our computers- support advised us to clear out Google cookies and cache and that did the trick.
It's been easy to add to stores to the locator and our customers have found it easy to use as well.
At $6.99 for the plan that we needed we find it worth it and very competitive with any other app that we were looking at.
Great app and support!
Installation was easy. Needed some support for the functionality of the map, for working with Hebrew characters and for uploading multiple records.
All was sorted out in a very professional matter.

For all of you that didn't get a response from the support, It seems there is some kind of problem with the emails from them and not all of them are arriving. Try to contact them from a different email address (worked for me).
Really happy to have access to this app, it does the job very well. Vijay was quick to respond and very helpful. The only issues I had were not app-related, but rather getting a couple of things sorted with our Google profile, and Vijay was able to help with this too! And I didn't need to add lat/long to the bulk import.
