Overall, the app appears to work well, although it's quite labor-intensive adding the store information. We asked for assistance and our Campaign was deleted (albeit by accident) and replaced with a new one, which was disappointing as we lost hours of work and now have to start from scratch again.

We’d like to clarify that our support team does not delete user campaigns under any circumstances. All user-created data remains securely stored unless removed directly from the user’s end. If any changes were made during support, they would have been done with confirmation and proper communication.
