The app is really easy to use and I got help with small issues really fast. I like that I can add a LOT of locations and my customers can search the distance without having to go to google maps.

He took the time to fully understand my issue and worked with me through various options until we found a solution that worked perfectly.
The Shopcircle help is awesome with actual live human beings (Crazy Right?) when you schedule a meeting.

Customer service did a great job restoring the layout of my Store Locator after we activated the Accessible Layout (for ADA compliance). They were quick to respond and courteous. Thanks ShopCircle!
Support is very responsive and has helped with all of my issues except for one. If search by name is a big deal to you, which is listed in the app features section, then this is not the store locator app for you. They tell you that you can add filters so the user can choose stores that meet the filters, but that is not the same thing as search by name. For some reason they have told they're support team to share a support doc that shows how to set up filters every time you ask them about search by name.
