SC Store Locator Map

Better than any other store locator app I have used.

Unfortunately, anything related to APIs is not in their area of expertise. You would think since this app is a locator app, they would have more knowledge resolving API issue, but they were not able to help resolve any issues. I managed to resolve my own issue. Creating a store and indexing addresses is another problem. It will not "Find Store" based on the addresses you provide. I have had to put in the longitudes and latitudes for EVERY store we have to pin point exact location. Secondly, you may get error messages saying your "google api key could not be validated," by the app after putting in your API key. SAVE it afterwards and as long as you have a Google Platform billing account attached to your API keys, you should be fine. The map should display in store afterwards. Still using app until we find a better one that doesn't cause so many issues with the maps. I mean the app is called STORE LOCATOR so why their development team doesn't have much knowledge on Javascript/APIs is beyond me and I don't know.. I'll give this app a rating of C-. It's pretty customizable but don't waste your time contacting customer service.

Love the app if the import could work. The fields even though mapped do not match up. The ability to customize the pins to match branding is our favorite part. So now just need to get that import right.

The app has been the greatest addition to our store to help drive our web customer's to our Dealer's physical stores. We were constantly getting calls on where people could physically go try on our product and this has been a huge hit and we have only been live a couple weeks. The customer look up feature that shows where people are searching for our product is an excellent sales tool for our reps and I hope that the developers can expand on that feature in the future. Just within the few weeks we have been working with this app, our dealer orders have already increased because they are wanting to make sure they are stocked on our product. We also use the Product Upsell App from Bold and have nothing but great success with the apps we are currently using from them. I look forward to working with them much much more in the future! Store locator has been a great add to our site. Easy to add stores and customize map. I'd recommend adding the GPS coordinates to ensure accurate pin locations.

A little complicate to set the api up, but the app is very easy to use and the team, very helpful !

It's okay. I've found less expensive apps with better functionality. They all use the Google API. Many of my stores wouldn't load correctly.

Great app! Easy set-up in minutes for close to 2,000 stores. Works very well!

Google's API is a little confusing to get set-up, but we got that worked out the Store Locator was a breeze. We needed a little more customization to the CSS, the customer support team, namely Hamza, was super helpful and very responsive.
