This app has turned out to be more valuable than we would have guessed. In addition to driving more business to our dealers and distributors, the app has become a great way for our customers to find brick and mortar store locations where they can try on our apparel for sizing, then order styles not carried by the store from our website.
Great app and exactly what I needed for customers to find my products at dealers throughout Japan. Definitely recommended.

THE PATENT LAWSUIT TROLLS ARE SCAMMERS You may have seen reviews mentioning that installing this app led threat of a lawsuit. Be aware, it's a scam. In 2011 there was a patent granting GEOTAG the protect the marking of physical locations on a map for goods and services (474 Patent). This patent was overturned in 2016 in Microsoft/Google vs GEOTAG (look it up). Here is a copy-paste from the Federal Court of Appeals - "We have considered GeoTag’s remaining arguments and find them unpersuasive." If you ever get a solicitation regarding a patent infringement regarding the mapping of physical locations on a map, it's likely a scam. We can thank Google and Microsoft's legal teams for doing the groundwork on this.

App is extremely complicated and difficult to use. We just wanted something to display a map on our homepage so people could see our location. This app makes a whole new page on your website and really does not make sense for single location retail stores. But If you have 20+ stores maybe this is something that could work for you

While we understand that our app may not be exactly what you personally were looking for, this doesn't feel like a good reason to submit a 1-star review. You're correct, this app works well for merchants with many stores. There are many free options for single-store merchants.

The Bold live chat support has been incredibly helpful for us as we build our new website. Great simple store locator with heat mapping for a great price. Had an issue with our expired Google API key and Bold was quick to help. Rony was especially helpful and walked me through the process of making the key work.
It's Friday and I had some questions that I didn't think were going to be possible without custom programming... Rick easily explained exactly what each of my issues were honestly without leaving me with the only option of upgrading to a higher priced solution. Love it! Thanks! Bold Rocks so far!! I'm really stoked to have this application on my Shopify page. It was simple to install for someone not super technical, instructions were easy to follow, and the response time of the team when I had questions was great.
When I first installed the application, there were mis-alignments due to issues with the theme. I reached out to Julian, and he was fantastic. Julian, MC, and Rick were able to fix the visual design and have it look better within the theme we are using, and now it's perfect. Big props to the Bold team. Thanks for being there!

Thoroughly happy with this app. I've had a hard time finding something built the way Bold's Store Locator app is made and thank god it exists. Although I only have one location, this still works quite well and almost a seamless integration. GET IT! :-)

This app is great. I had a little trouble with the formatting but the support team was great! I made things hard on the support team by deleting the work they did without knowing it, and they were so patient with me despite my mistake! They are really great and got my issues resolved quickly.

We've found the Store Locator to be very useful. Instructional video within the app is a big help. And customer service -- thank you, Tamer -- has proven excellent on more than one occasion.
All of BOLD products are great, I would say the one downfall is having to pay for installations but it's not enough to take away 5 stars.

Good app. The only thing that needs improving is the auto map location finder which occasionally has a mind of it's own.

I'm very happy with the Store Locator. It "flags" stores that can't be geo-located (so I can add / change data to ensure 100% accuracy). I'm able to customize the formatting so it fits the look of my website. When I have issues that I'm unable to resolve, the support team (especially David Bilsky and MC) always helps me in a timely and accurate manner.
So far this app has worked great.
So far so good - I've only had it installed a couple days, but it was easy to do!

This is an excellent app for anyone needing to add sales locations to their Shopify app. Works like a charm. Had a little static setting it up an getting my Google key, but their team was responsive and we got it all working. Well done!

Great App, Helped Us Out Tremendously!
We have several of Bold's apps on our new store. So far, we have been very pleased with all the products. The store locator is easy to use and find it useful for those who dont wish to purchase online. The sales motivator is just that and the user interface (customer) is pleasant and easy to update/modify on the user interface (store side). Customer service has been really responsive and helpful with our many concerns/questions. To summarize, we would definitely suggest Bold apps to any other store that is setting up or needs a little boost in their product sales.
Cannot recommend this app enough. Have other stores on other platform, and none as good as this!
Store Locator is a wonderful app! Very user friendly. Love the map feature so our customers can easily find a store near them. We also love the feature that allows us to see where customers are searching for us most, it helps us get a good idea of where our recycled wine bottle candles are most in demand!
