This app will use A LOT of your own time / manpower to set up. You must use the spreadsheet template from them to Bulk Import stores. You must add your own Longitude and Latitude for every single location to the spreadsheet for the app to properly geo-locate the stores. OR you have to go in and individually click 'Find My Store' for each location. This becomes a mountain of work for businesses with 500+ locations. Support was fairly quick to respond, however there is no solution.
Support was a little slow after reaching out a few times but when they did reply their support was very helpful. App works great but just takes a bit to get it going.
App is extremely complicated and difficult to use. We just wanted something to display a map on our homepage so people could see our location. This app makes a whole new page on your website and really does not make sense for single location retail stores. But If you have 20+ stores maybe this is something that could work for you
