App works perfectly. Support has been excellent and fast when I had an issue with a new template was solved quickly.
I had a compatibility issue between the app and a theme I was using for my shopify store so I sent an e-mail to customer support and immediately someone responded and asked for a 'limited access request' to the back-end of my store. I accepted and within a couple of minutes he had fixed the problem for me. First-rate customer service!
The app is perfect for us, but what is even more impressive is the speed of response whenever we have an issue (which is rare)
Great app and the developer is very helpful, making many custom changes for our particular use (all products for pickup, except one collection for delivery, and one other collection for specific pickup requirements only). Highly recommend this app!
The developer of this app really helped me out writing an extra script. That's how some extra functions were added and the app fits perfectly the needs of my business!

Fantastic customer care from the app developer who's always ready on hand to assist with any integrations or app adjustments to suit our business needs. The app is fantastic with offering selective C&C locations to specific customers (based on tagging rules) and so much more. Will 100% continue to use the app for the future.
This app solved one of the biggest shopify problems: default shipping method is set from least to most expensive, and we have 8 stores which we provide free pick up for, so this option is always the default option because the value is $0. There is no way of manually ordering our own shipping on Shopify. This has been a recurring problem since 2013 apparently, but it is not high enough of a priority for Shopify to fix. After a long phone call with Shopify, the guru mentioned this app. It works by separating in store pick to a separate section in the cart, so if customers to not select store pick up, they will only see the standard rates. So far, this is exactly what I needed! Will test it out for the remainder 14 days trial, but I think this app is the solution to my problems. The developer, Constantin has been so nice and helpful too in helping install the app :) update - 2 years later still the best app ever :) Hats off to Constantin -update again, it's now 2023 and Constantin went above and beyond and helped fix a problem in another app! Something shopify support couldn't even figure out.
