Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)

I use the app for in store pick-up. Very easy to use and a great customer service. Thank you so much!

I needed the ability to offer local delivery. This app came close to doing what I needed. However there were a couple issues. So, that is the reason I am writing this review, something I normally don't do.
In this case however, the customer service from Constantin (the developer) and his desire to provide world class service blew me away. In short, he ask questions to understand my need and then made it the perfect app.
What else is there to say!

This app has worked great for our business. When we had an issue (that was nothing to do with the app), the owner was a fantastic help in getting the app visible again. Great service and great app.

Brilliant app that did everything we needed. We are running a large (8700 SKU) thrift store and every purchase is a pickup. The first day we opened we processed 2,400 pickup requests and the app worked perfectly. Many customers commented it was the easiest pickup scheduling experience that they have ever had. The app was easy to implement, well supported and honestly we couldn't have asked for anything more. I only wish I had more stars to give this app.

Great support. To me this is the most important aspect of using an App. When you have questions or an issue, you need help and an answer. Many App developers do not provide support at all.
