Absolutely must have app for merchants who have multiple pickup locations, but operate out of a central warehouse (which is not supported by the native local pickup features). The app looks both great & simple on the site, and being able to sort and manage pickup orders is a breeze through the use of tags and additional details. Throughout the process (which took a while given our migration), Constantine provided excellent support with his expertise and thoroughness, and he was kind enough to go back and forth with me on countless emails. He helped us to find solutions and great workarounds to our unique needs. Can't recommend the app enough for anyone in a similar situation!

This app has been a life-saver. All the features are very user-friendly and effective, complete with such an exceptional and highly knowledgeable support team. This app offers exactly what our website needs, however, we did have some adjustments to make, and their support team is absolutely incredible. They helped us to customise the app to what we needed. Overall, highly recommended.

Completely flawed. You have to add your locations manually inside the app. It does not pull your locations from Shopify, therefore your inventory is not connected to a location and it will allow you to sell out of stock products. I honestly don't know how others think this app is 5 stars. There are other pickup apps for cheaper that tie stock to the location and will not allow checkout if items are out of stock. If they added this function, I'd say the app was perfect but for now, it's practically useless.

This app solved one of the biggest shopify problems: default shipping method is set from least to most expensive, and we have 8 stores which we provide free pick up for, so this option is always the default option because the value is $0. There is no way of manually ordering our own shipping on Shopify. This has been a recurring problem since 2013 apparently, but it is not high enough of a priority for Shopify to fix. After a long phone call with Shopify, the guru mentioned this app. It works by separating in store pick to a separate section in the cart, so if customers to not select store pick up, they will only see the standard rates. So far, this is exactly what I needed! Will test it out for the remainder 14 days trial, but I think this app is the solution to my problems. The developer, Constantin has been so nice and helpful too in helping install the app :) update - 2 years later still the best app ever :) Hats off to Constantin -update again, it's now 2023 and Constantin went above and beyond and helped fix a problem in another app! Something shopify support couldn't even figure out.
