Just needed to have the "In Store Pick-Up" for the holiday season. When we added it the button kind of got lost in the mix of the other things on our checkout page. We also had an issue with the added information fields overlapping our current fields.

We emailed support to see if they could fix it. They got back to us quick and fixed both our problems! They even used our store color for the button. It now works just as we wanted it to.

Constantin was the man!

Couldn't be happier with the functionality and user experience this app has given me. I've been using it trouble-free for about 6 months now. During that time, I've needed some help from the developer to implement some enhancements. Each time I've reached out via email, I've received the help I needed within minutes - even though I'm based in Australia! Where else do you get responsive service like this? Happy to recommend to anyone who needs what this app offers. Thanks guys.

As a mobile catering business, this App has been a godsend. It offered functionality which other pick-up apps couldnt. It allowed me to have a location address for each of my stops, of which i have 6. It also offers pick-up timeslots in 15 minute increments and the option of putting a cap on orders per timeslot. I have searched high and low for an app like this. Look no further! Constantin is excellent and highly efficient should you experience any issues. He is straight on it! Communication is excellent! Highly recommended!

Love this app! Simple, works well, and easy to understand. Didn't think I'd keep it for long but now it's an essential part of my store. Very good customer support as well. I had a problem right before a product launch and I sent a simple email (late night) and he had it working by the next morning. Super impressed. Definitely give this one a try.

At the moment, we only offer in store pickup and the Store Pickup has been a helpful solution to make it clear to customers that all purchases have to be picked up in store. The customers service has been so helpful. We've been able to customize the app to suit our needs perfectly!

We use this app for pick up for our 5 bakery locations! It has worked out perfect and the tech and customer service help has helped so fast and so easy each time!! Love it!!

Excellent customer service and so very helpful! I needed this app due to the new pickup requirements from our state due to covid-19 and I'm so glad I found it because I will use it beyond the shutdown now. Response from from tech support is super fast and they have be very accommodating with all my needs. By far best customer service between all the app I have!
