This app has worked great for us to schedule local pickups while our storefront remains closed during COVID. Customers seems to find it easy to use and set-up was great for us. We have needed to make a couple of minor adjustments and the developer has been super responsive and has helped us with anything we've asked. Highly recommend tryin g this app if you need something flexible and easy to use!

Never in my life have I given a more well-earned 5 star rating. Constantin is amazingly responsive. His app has taken our business to another level due to all the features Store Click and Collect offers. Last year, we struggled mightily to keep pickups organized, and now it's an afterthought. Beyond that, we have some pretty special needs for our business, and Constantin responds typically within minutes. I cannot recommend this app, or it's developer enough! I've give it 100 stars if I could.

After trying another pick up app that didn't work the way I wanted it to, I researched other options and narrowed my choices down to three. I decided to give Store Pickup Click and Collect a try because the reviews mentioned good customer service AND because I thought if it didn't work I could easily uninstall and try something else. Well, I am here to tell you that I found the app for us! Not only does the pick up app work well, Constantin is so responsive to questions and helped with a bunch of little tweaks to ensure everything about order fulfillment worked the way I wanted as well. The curbside pickup button was perfect for us!! Due to Covid and our retail clothing and footwear store being closed we opened an online store thru Shopify. The app was truly helpful in keeping our business going. If we needed help Constantin - the developer, was amazing. Thanks for the technical support! Great app! Great App, works really good with our onlineshop! Pickup plugin is very flexible and you adjust a lot of settings. The support is amazing and very fast!

The customer service is fabulous. They are quick to reply and have offered to custom code and offer to make updates for me right in Shopify/the app. All the updates function precisely how I would like them to look. Each item I have requested has been resolved within a day and sometimes within an hour. Highly recommend.

Simple to install and setup. Works great. Great service when customisation was needed :-) Very happy, best pick up app that I have used on shopify.
