Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)

I evaluated a few different delivery/pickup apps and this one is by far the best. Really easy to use and setup for my stores needs. The support is excellent with Constantin going above and beyond to assist with any questions. Cannot say enough good things about this app. Highly recommend trying this app first!

We added this app back in March 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and lockdown in our area. It quite literally saved our business by allowing us to offer curbside pickup to our customers. We are forever grateful and thankful for this app. An added bonus is the customer service is awesome! I would recommend this app to any company looking for a more customizable curbside pickup experience. The ability to tag orders based on time and location makes it easy to filter orders and ensure everything is ready for pickup at the designated times.

This app is exactly what I needed. I ran into a few issues (user related), but the customer service was prompt and impeccable and I had it up and run smoothly within hours! I have already had a few sales! Highly recommend.

I have a lot of customers that are local to me and it was such a hassle trying to make codes for them to pick up instead of paying Shipping. The app was easy to install, easy for my customers to find and select a pick up date. When I changed store templates my pick up in store option disappeared and I was having a hard time getting it back. I emailed he support team and within minutes they had fixed the issue for me. I will continue to have this app integrated into my site.

I use this app to help customize checkout options for my brick-and-mortar business. So far, it has the capabilities I need. On top of that, their customer support is superb. I've needed help on a couple occasions to customize specific products and checkout options. Their customer service is extremely responsive, they quickly understand the goal I'm trying to achieve, and help me fix the issue quickly. I would highly recommend this app and company for your Shopify store.

We have been using this app for a year and it works perfectly! It is better than Shopify pick up because we want customers to select the date/time of pickup. We had a glitch were it wasn't working (because of something we changed in Shopify and didn't realize) and Constantin quickly worked to fix it for us and it was a huge time saver to have his immediate assistance! Super professional and helpful!
